Department of Commerce Appropriations Act, 2015 - Makes appropriations for FY2015 for the Department of Commerce for various agencies and programs, including the International Trade Administration, the Bureau of Industry and Security, the Economic Development Administration, the Minority Business Development Agency, economic and statistical analysis programs, the Bureau of the Census, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2015 - Makes appropriations for FY2015 for DOJ for various agencies and programs, including the United States Parole Commission, the United States Marshals Service, federal prisoner detention, the National Security Division, interagency crime and drug enforcement, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Federal Prison System, the Office on Violence Against Women, Office of Justice Programs, and community oriented policing services programs.

Science Appropriations Act, 2015 - Makes appropriations for FY2015 for: (1) the Office of Science and Technology Policy; (2) the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); and (3) the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Makes appropriations for FY2015 for: (1) the Commission on Civil Rights, (2) the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), (3) the International Trade Commission (ITC), (4) the Legal Services Corporation, (5) the Marine Mammal Commission, (6) the Office of the United States Trade Representative, and (7) the State Justice Institute.

Specifies certain uses and limits on or prohibitions against the use of funds appropriated by this Act. Rescinds certain unobligated balances.
