HR-6611 : Still Just a Bill


H.R. 6611, also known as "The F-47 Program Total Force Act of 2025," was introduced to direct the Secretary of the Air Force to submit a comprehensive report to Congress regarding the F-47 advanced fighter aircraft program.

  • A proposed fielding strategy for the F-47 aircraft, encompassing:
    • Estimated force structure requirements.
    • Strategic basing considerations.
    • Estimated military construction requirements.
    • Estimated personnel training requirements.
    • A strategy for integrating units of the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve into F-47 fighter aircraft operations, including planned force structure, association, training, and mobilization models.
The report must be submitted in an unclassified form but may include a classified annex.
