  • Swine: payment rate multiplied by 2.
  • Emus or Alpacas: payment rate multiplied by 12.
  • Goats or Sheep: payment rate multiplied by the average number of birthed animals for one gestation cycle, as determined by the Secretary.
• The term "unborn livestock death losses" is defined as losses of livestock that were gestating at the time of the livestock's death.
