S-3505 : Still Just a Bill

The Defense Support for Cyber Emergencies Response Act of 2023, also known as S. 3505, amends Title 10 of the United States Code to authorize the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to order units of the Selected Reserve to active duty in order to respond to significant cyber incidents.
