Improved Transportation Consumer Protection Act of 2023

This bill establishes an Office of Consumer Protection in the Department of Transportation (DOT). The office must (1) assist, educate, and protect consumers; (2) monitor compliance with, conduct investigations relating to, and enforce consumer protection, civil rights, and licensing requirements; and (3) promulgate, as appropriate, consumer protection and civil rights regulations.

The office must also submit an annual report to Congress on consumer protection issues. This report must be publicly available on DOT's website.
