HRES-1293 : Still Just a Bill


This resolution finds Attorney General Merrick Brian Garland in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with a congressional subpoena. It also directs the Speaker of the House to (1) certify the related report from the House Oversight Committee to the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia for criminal proceedings, and (2) take all other appropriate action to enforce the subpoena.
