Jamul Indian Village Land Transfer Act

This bill takes approximately 172.1 acres of specified lands in San Diego, California, into trust for the benefit of the Jamul Indian Village of California. Land taken into trust shall be part of the tribe's reservation.

The bill prohibits gaming on the land taken into trust.
