• Sunset Clause: The provisions of the Act will cease to be effective on October 1, 2027.
• No Additional Funds: No additional funds are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out this section.

In addition, a report on large unmanned aircraft systems operations must be submitted within one year.
