HRES-1339 : Still Just a Bill

Sets forth the rule for consideration of the bill (H.R. 302) to impose limits on excepting competitive service positions from the competitive service, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2988) to amend title 5, United States Code, to modify and enhance protections for Federal Government whistleblowers, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 8326) to amend title 13, United States Code, to improve the operations of the Bureau of the Census, and for other purposes.
