Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education Nationwide Act
This bill makes annual Department of Education grants available to American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Palau for integrated English literacy and civics education to prepare English language learners for employment.
