Creating Helpful Incentives for Producing Semiconductors for America and Foundries Act

This bill establishes measures to incentivize semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing. These measures include creating (1) a financial assistance program for investment in semiconductor facilities and equipment, (2) a public-private partnership with the Department of Defense to ensure the development and production of secure microelectronics, and (3) a Multilateral Semiconductors Security Fund to support the development and adoption of secure semiconductors and semiconductor supply chains.
