S-3907 : Still Just a Bill

PPP for Critical Access Hospitals Act

This bill expands the Paycheck Protection Program, established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), to encompass critical access hospitals.

A critical access hospital is a hospital that, among other things, is located in a rural area, furnishes 24-7 emergency services, and has 25 or fewer inpatient beds.
