HR-790 : Still Just a Bill


Federal Civilian Workforce Pay Raise Fairness Act of 2019

This bill increases by 2.6% the rates of basic pay for most federal civilian employees for 2019.

It bars a pay increase for the Vice President and certain senior political appointees.
