PFAS Free Military Purchasing Act
This bill prohibits the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense from procuring certain items, such as non-stick cookware or food service ware for use in galleys or dining facilities, containing a perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS).
