Youth Vaping Prevention Act of 2019

This bill addresses the use and sale of tobacco products, including by restricting the use of flavors in electronic nicotine delivery systems (e.g., e-cigarettes) and increasing excise taxes on specified tobacco products such as smokeless tobacco, pipe tobacco, and large cigars.
