This joint resolution expresses disapproval of the Office of Foreign Assets Control's report to Congress that it intends to terminate sanctions imposed on En+ Group plc, UC Rusal plc, and JSC EuroSibEnergo, companies connected to sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
