S-490 : Became Public Law

This bill requires the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, upon request, to reinstate the construction license for the Gibson Dam Hydroelectric Project located on the Sun River in Lewis, Clark, and Teton Counties, Montana.

Construction on the project must commence within six years.
