S-217 : Still Just a Bill

This bill amends the Denali National Park Improvement Act to expand the nonwilderness areas of Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska where the National Park Service may issue right-of-way permits to construct a natural gas pipeline.

Additionally, the pipeline shall not be subject to agency approval under the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act.
