Stopping Russian Nuclear Aggression Act

This bill specifies that no funds shall be made available to extend the implementation of the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START Treaty) beyond its current 2021 expiration date unless various conditions are met, including an agreement by Russia that several of its new weapons systems are covered by the treaty.
