Rewriting to Improve and Secure an Exit Out of Poverty Act or RISE Out of Poverty Act

This bill reauthorizes and otherwise modifies the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, including with respect to work requirements, qualified state expenditures, and procedures for addressing domestic and sexual violence among TANF recipients.
