HR-5245 : Still Just a Bill

This bill transfers specific real property currently administered by the U.S. Coast Guard in Jupiter Island, Florida to the Department of the Interior, for inclusion in the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge.

The Coast Guard may be reimbursed funds to complete due diligence requirements prior to final disposition of the property.
