Job Training through Off-Base Opportunities and Local Support for Veterans Act or the Job TOOLS for Veterans Act
This bill amends the Dignified Burial and Other Veterans' Benefits Improvement Act of 2012 to extend and expand the pilot program to provide transition training to veterans and their spouses off base.
