HR-4248 : Still Just a Bill

This bill amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to repeal provisions requiring public companies to make disclosures relating to their use of conflict minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country.
