HR-3044 : Still Just a Bill

This bill allows a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan to provide certain supplemental benefits to chronically ill enrollees beginning in plan year 2020.

The Government Accountability Office must report to Congress on the provision of such supplemental benefits to MA enrollees.
