Science Prize Competitions Act

Amends the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 regarding prize competitions, including to allow an agency to waive insurance requirements.

Requires each prize competition to be published on a publicly accessible government website rather than in the Federal Register.
