HRES-379 : Still Just a Bill


Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the House managers of the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 2642 (Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013) agricultural and other programs) should: (1) agree to provisions regarding a premium subsidy limitation based on average adjusted gross income in excess of $750,000, (2) agree to provisions for a crop insurance study and the impacts of an adjusted gross income limitation, and (3) not agree to provisions regarding a delayed effective date.
