HR-3695 : Still Just a Bill

Extends until January 31, 2014: (1) specified agricultural programs under the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, (2) suspension of permanent price support authorities, and (3) supplemental agricultural disaster assistance.

Exempts from such extensions: (1) certain nutrition, trade, conservation, and rural development programs; (2) Pigford claims determinations; (3) supplemental agricultural disaster assistance; (4) market loss assistance for asparagus producers; (5) Commodity Credit Corporation funding for a survey of foods purchased by school food authorities; and (6) certain supplemental agricultural disaster assistance, revenue and tax, and trade requirements under the Heartland, Habitat, Harvest, and Horticulture Act of 2008.

Backdates the effective date of this Act to September 30, 2013.
